OUR MISSION

The Philadelphia Police and Fire Association For Handicapped Children, Serving People with Special Needs, is a non-profit corporation striving to enrich the lives of all people with disablilities and address the unique concerns of their family members who are police and fire personnel. In so doing, it has grown from primarily an advocacy organization to one also providing a variety of recreational, educational, and therapeutic programs to a membership drawn from all walks of life. In an effort to ensure that existing programs remain state-of-the-art, and that new and imaginative services are developed, the Board of Directors is now focusing the Association’s energies and fund-raising efforts in several key areas.
